Fantastic stay, the staff are absolutely amazing nothing is to much trouble. We got back in late from a concert the bar was open for a night cap and a snack. Breakfast was lovely, Raju sorted some gluten free toast out, total bonus. From the door staff to the maids everyone made us feel welcome.

Lovely stay, friendly staff especially Raju at breakfast. Great pizza on 24/7 food Comfy clean room. Breakfast good selection and choice of different options. Something for everyone. Staff were really helpful and efficient. Great overnight stay

We used the ibis Birmingham New Street for our event at the weekend. Raju and the team couldn't have done more for us. The catering was exactly what we asked for and the venue and communal areas were kept very well presented. Thanks to all the event, front and back of house teams.

Hotel I would recommend for short trips

Good hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast options are okay, served by the friendly Radu. I would recommend for short stays, rooms are a bit outdated but the bed and shower are good. Hotel lobby is cosy on the other hand. Hotel is located near China town, very nice place.
